Tony Robbins often says, âProgress equals happiness.â Iâve adopted that philosophy for life.
From a 2023 Tony Robbins event. I mightâve caught Tony mid-blink, but the lessons stuck with me ever since.
Consistent growth and continuous forward momentum toward your goals create lasting fulfillment. Temporary pleasure fades. Progress compounds.
Itâs great to have goals to work toward, but donât expect the achievement itself to deliver endless happiness. Most of the joy comes from the process, from the daily pursuit, the learning, the progress.
Enjoy the process. Enjoy the journey. Thatâs life.
Constantly improving, getting a little better each day, doesnât just make you stronger; it makes you happier. Every small step forward builds energy, confidence, and purpose. Thatâs true for money, health, relationships, and life.
This weekend, Iâm looking forward to some time at home. Weâve been traveling quite a bit lately, so Iâm excited for a slower weekend: a little baseball practice, a friendâs kidsâ birthday party, and family time around the house.
